WHO IS COACH MAJA?

From Athlete to Coach: a Lifelong Student of Strength.

My path to health and performance hasn’t been linear. Growing up as a competitive taekwondo athlete and later training and competing in Olympic weightlifting, I learned firsthand that true strength goes far beyond physical power.

Years of injuries and health challenges forced me to step back and redefine what it means to train with purpose. At 19, I found my way into the weight room to rebuild, to learn, and to care for my body while also pushing myself to my potential.

I developed a deep respect and understanding for what consistent, intelligent training, balanced nutrition, and discipline can do for both body and mind.

That journey shaped who I am as a coach, I now coach others to reconnect with their strength, confidence, and energy through a sustainable, evidence-based approach that builds resilience without burning out.
